Abstract
PT. Salam Pacific Indonesia Lines Branch Manokwari is a company engaged in ship agency, container rental. Ship agency service process at PT. Greetings Pacific Indonesia Lines starts from the beginning of the arrival of the ship, the process of loading and unloading container activities and until the ship departs for the next port destination . Information technology is needed to support ship service agency activities so that activities run quickly and efficiently according to as the stabilished before plan. Ship agency service procedure at PT. Salam Pacific Indonesia Lines Manokwari Branch includes clearance in and clearance out vessels. Ship Agency Service System. The ship service agency system starts from the ship arrives. Then makes the clearance in submitted to Syahbandar, Pelindo and the Port Health Quarantine Office, the application of the seat to Syahbandar and Pelindo, Application of Ship Services and Goods and Scouting services to Pelindo. The last ship service that is making the clearance out that submitted to Syahbandar, for departure ship service ship agency in the form of the management of documents of the ship during the boat dock in the port. In order for the ship service agency process can run smoothly, quickly and efficiently should PT.
