Abstract
PT. Wasaka Sudarma Putera Banten is a company engaged in service provision the vessel. Rapid information technology is needed to make services faster accurate and based on existing procedures, appropriate and mudah.Penelitian aims to determine the procedures involved in the role of the agency company against the loading of coal at the Port of specialty Indonesia Power SURALAYA Banten. This study uses observations, interviews, and documentation. Method of observation by the author is to observe directly in any field activities. Interview method by asking directly to operational agents or operational staff PT. Wasaka Sudarma Putera Banten. And the latter is the method of documentation is to find and collect from the archive of corporate documents, data from books, records, etc. The results of this study are the author can complete the Essay titled Role and Function Activity Against Coal Company Agency By PT.
