Abstract
The purpose of the study is to obtain a deeper description and a broader understanding of the use of export documents at PT. Arindo Jaya Mandiri Semarang. This study uses an objective study method, which is an activity to obtain information needed to help understand human behavior and for the evaluation of measuring certain aspects of doing feedback on measuring the presentation of a real description of an event or activity to answer research questions. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data. Secondary data obtained from the data first collected and reported by people who are not being examined even though the data collected is actually the original data, Primary Data obtained from data collected and processed by the researcher directly from respondents or research objects, or data that can be from observation of a physical object. Based on my research results, it can be concluded that the flow of execution of export documents in PT. Arindo Jaya Mandiri Semarang is shipping instruction, invoice, delivery order (DO), bill of lading (B / L), packing list, COO, insurance policy, analytical certificate. And in the implementation of the export documents from the freight forwarding PT. Arindo Jaya Mandiri in Semarang, among others: PT. Arindo Jaya Mandiri Semarang will be fully responsible if the exporter or importer does not insure the goods, shipper or consignee delays, not matching yet between freight forwarding, shipper and carrier. And the more changing business like PT. Arindo Jaya Mandiri Semarang should be done notes (correction note) if made a mistake in the making of documents (PEB and PIB) and payments (non-cash pay ment). Which of course will hinder the administration of documents. While the customs itself is the lack of appropriate between the invoice and packing list with imported goods, and the regulation of the customs that mention PEB can’t be more than 3 times after the ship departs.
