Abstract
The purpose of writing scientific paper to know about the process of imports diesel generator set to CV. Rajawali Diesel and knowing necessary documents to the process of imports , related stakeholders in the process of imports , and knowing how the process of diesel generator set to CV. Rajawali Diesel by Custom Broker PT. Alpha Multitrans Ekspres Semarang. To the data used was primary and secondary data .Primary data was conducted by interviews directly with the parties related the import process , while secondary data obtained from books , notes report , and archives obtained from the media .Data collection method used is observation and survey directly on objects research. The results of the study concluded that PT. Alpha Multitrans Ekspres Semarang is Custom Broker have one of the tasks to the process of imports of goods from the customs and domestic and spending goods from the port until he arrived in a warehouse importir.Because of that , PT. Alpha Multitrans Ekspres Semarang show professionalism performance to maintain trust for users Custom Broker services. Keywords : Import, Customs, EMKL
