Abstract
The container terminal is an important link in the marine transport system. Increasing the number of traded goods, requiring the role of container terminal is getting higher with better performance so as to ensure the smooth transportation of goods. The performance of container terminals is an indicator that is required for the smoothness of the container services in a planned and safe manner during the operation of unloading and loading of goods. The standardization of container terminals is certainly able to improve productivity both in the number of containers that can be served, time efficiency and safety during the operation of container services. Containers resemble a rectangle-shaped hatch with different types and sizes. With the physical form of the Container, the planning and operation of the container terminal services should be taken into account in the operation of the container terminal services. PT Indonesian Port Corporation (IPC) is working on establishing a standard container terminal and can compete with other International ports in service of container handling operations at the ContainerTerminal. In data collection, the author uses primary data and secondary data. Promary data is done by interviewing directly to related parties at PT Indonensian Port Corporation (IPC) branch Tanjung Priok jakarta. while the secondary data obtained from books, notes, reports, or archives are usually obtained by the media. From the result of writing, it concludes that standardization of PT Port Tanjung Priok Indonesian Port Corporation in supporting terminal facility and container service is divided into two, namely container terminal facility, and Planing & Control Using Opus Operating System (TOS) Opus.
