Abstract
MV.GANADO EXPRESS FOR ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE SERVICES IN PT. SERASI SHIPPING INDONESIA COMPANY, PANJANG BRANCH - BANDAR LAMPUNG In the service of the arrival and departure of the ship, it is necessary to have documents that are needed in handling all the needs of the ship from the beginning of the arrival of the ship to the departure of the ship. The management of the vessel is handled by agencies within the port as legal entities and legal supervision of the state within the port environment. Not only that, the agent's operations also serve the needs of the ship that he is in charge of. From this it can be concluded that the service of ship arrivals and departures requires a process of notification of ship arrivals to the relevant agencies to get permission to dock for the ship, then when the ship arrives at the port, there needs to be service to the ship and the crew until the ship is departed.
