Abstract
Special Port Loading and unloading Company is a company engaged in the field of loading and unloading of goods from and to the ship consisting of receiving / delivery, Stevedoring, cargodoring. All it aims to facilitate and facilitate the demolition and dismantling activities in order to run smoothly. Based on the background of the procedures of handling stainless steel slab servicing, how to overcome obstacles in the process of disassembling slabs, and proper and efficient handling in the dismantling for safe and undamaged charges. Method used in problem solving with qualitative, quantitative method and also use observation, interview, literature study. The conclusion of circuit research in Steel Slab dismantling procedure is by improving the handling service in taking care of the demolition procedure. The company takes the appropriate solution action in overcoming in order to avoid obstacles. And follow the existing procedures so that the safe charge to avoid damage.
