Abstract
Along with the progress of this increasingly modern era and the increasing information system needs of the online transportation system, it has a positive impact on the community, which is much needed by many public as an online-based transportation mode using smartphones and iOS, in the midst of very competitive hard number of competitors. Go-Jek (Go-Ride) still dominates the market and at the same time fulfills economical public transport needs and will get better. The data used are primary data in the form of cookies which are distributed to Go-Ride passengers as many as 100 respondents. The variables used are: independent variables in the form of service, price, facilities, and comfort while the dependent variable is passenger satisfaction. The data that has met the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test are processed so as to produce the regression equation as follows: Y = 1,303 + 0,263 X1 + 0,219 X2 + 0,153 X3 + 0,275 X4 + µ Where, the servant variable (X1), price (X2), facility (X3), trust (X4) has a positive influence which means that the increase in perceptions of service, price, facilities, and trust can potentially increase passenger satisfaction (Y).
