Abstract
Companies engaged in the transportation of oil and gas (Oil and Gas), in addition to high technology and high cost, also have higher risk of work accident (high risk). This, the rules on Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) for people who work within the company or in the field are the absolute must be enforced. To ensure the survival of a company, especially in the field of oil and gas transportation, it is absolutely necessary to apply the principles of HSE in every work. It is intended to ensure the health and safety of the people who work in it and maintain the continuity / sustainability of the environment in which they work and prevent any harm that will arise to the company. Implementation of HSSE principle is very effective when applied since the establishment of a company. The people who work in it are expected already "HSSE minded". so that at the beginning of each activity, they can predict what consequences will arise. HSSE is a science of good physical, mental and social well-being which can be free from harm, disaster and injury and can affect human survival and well-being.
