Abstract
The main topic of this paper is the process of MT.Salaminia ship by PT.Bahari Sandi Pratama at the special port of Siam Maspion Gresik. The background of the problem in this paper is the service of MT.Salaminia ship service, the service of clerance in / out documents, and the related agencies. In the process of collecting data to show the contents of Writing, the author uses several methods. Judging from the source authors use primary and secondary data. While from data collection method writer use observation method, interview and document study. The results of the discussion of this paper is to know the process of ship activities MT.Salaminia ship, aspects of supporting activities, constraints and completion. The conclusion of the making of this paper is the authors get additional insights related to MT.Salaminia ship agency activities. With the analysis of the constraints that occur, shipping in the agency process can be improved. Keywords: Service ship, Agency, Clearance in/out
