Abstract
The purpose of writing this paper to know about the handling of waste paper import documents owned by PT. Adiprima Suraprinta and know the documents needed for import process, and know how handling waste paper import documents owned by PT. Adiprima Suraprinta by EMKL PT. Multi Terminal Indonesia Surabaya Branch. For the data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is done by interviewing directly with the parties related to import process, while secondary data is obtained from books, report notes, or archives obtained from the media. Data collection methods used are observation and survey directly on the object of research. The results concluded that PT. Mutli Terminal Indonesia Surabaya Branch is an EMKL which has one of the duties to import goods from customs area and domestic and expenditure of goods from harbor environment until the goods arrive at importer warehouse. Therefore, PT. Multi Terminal Indonesia Surabaya Branch shows the professionalism of its performance to maintain trust for EMKL service users.
