Abstract

As the eparak country, the territory of Indonesia is the territorial waters of the sea transportation activity potential to become the national territory of Indonesia. This spurred an increase in the quality of shipping services. Even with the increasing flow of goods at ports, the shipping companies open branches in each region to run efforts to increase maritime and national shipping. This paper includes the type of karyatulis with techniques using the method of triangulation. Triangulation method by the author is to observe directly the responsibility of the company regarding the handling of Stuffing Stripping PT. Regards Pacific Indonesia Lines (SPIL) at Dwi Kora Port of Pontianak. The work of this paper shows that in handling Stuffing Stripping must be in accordance with applicable documents and procedures. After the document is completed in preparation, then prepare the infrastructure in the Port that will be used for Stuffing Stripping in order to avoid errors in loading or unloading goods from and into the Container.
