Abstract
The main topic in writing this paper is port service on the unloading of Muriate dry bulk fertilizer from Potash at a special port of PT. Siam Maspion Terminal. The background of the problem in this paper is the service on the process of unloading of dry bulk fertilizer, the role of K3 in handling unsafe action, related institutions, supporting documents and tools of unloading fertilizer. The purpose of writing this paper is to determine the service on the process of dismantling fertilizer, the application of culture k3 in dealing with the problem of unsafe action, related agencies, supporting documents and tools of loading and unloading used. In the process of collecting data to support the contents of the Work of Writing, the author uses several methods. Judging from the source authors use primary and secondary data. While from data collection method writer use observation method, interview and document analysis. The results of the discussion of this paper is to know the services provided by the port on the loading of dry bulk fertilizer Muriate of Potash. The conclusion of the making of this paper is the authors get additional insights related to the service of demolition of dry bulk fertilizer Muriate of Potash. With the analysis of the constraints that occur, service in the process of unloading can be improved. Keywords: Unloading Service, Muriate of Potash, Unsafe Action.
