Abstract
PT. Ocean Indonesia Tbk Jakarta branch is a service company engaged in the field of ship, container. PT. Ocean Indonesia Tbk provide ship service and goods. The operational process of ship service system and goods in PT. Ocean Indonesia Tbk starting from the flow sand boat, the process of unloading activities from ship to ship leaving port. Information tecnology is needed so that the service activities of the ship’s ship can be presented quickly, precisely and easily. Based and the background presented, asfor the following discussion : Documents required by the shipping agent, procedures and luties of the agency againts the vessel ship, the relevant agencies in the clearance process, obstacles and how to solve the system of ship service procedures and goods in PT. Ocean Indonesia Tbk starting from the ship arrived at the port of destination then make clearance in which submitted to Syahbandar and Pelindo for the determination of the place of dock and request for scouting service in Pelindo. The last ship service that is making clearance out that submitted to Syahbandar for the departure of the ship. Keywords : Service, Document, Procedures
