Abstract

PT. Tirang Jaya Samudera is a company engaged in the field of loading and unloading located in Semarang. In this case PT Tirang Jaya Samudera as a loading and unloading company has duties and responsibilities regarding unloading pipe activities of ship to ship on MV MINO with BG DKU 12 at the Port of Tanjung Emas seaport in Semarang. Activities undertaken by PT Tirang Jaya Samudera to dismantle goods in accordance with the procedures already in the set that is starting from the appointment of work orders by the owner of goods / EMKL / agent, then plan the demolition activities, carry out the demolition activities and report the results of dismantling activities. In order for the demolition activities to run smoothly, quickly and safely should PT. Tirang Jaya Samudera further improve the required infrastructure and improve employee performance to be more disciplined and professional in working according to the system procedures established by PT.
