Abstract
Indonesia is an archipelago country that needs from within the country can not be met so to be able to meet these needs imported goods from abroad, which of course in this condition the facilities and infrastructure must support especially in the field of transportation. In this case PT.Pelayaran Nasional Ayodhia act as agent who take care of the arrival and departure of the ship dipelabuhan, take care of the needs of the ship during dipelabuhan and calculate the disbursement account during dipelabuhan.Maka interested to know the agency activities in the management of Clearance in / out at PT.Pelayaran Nasional Ayodhia Batam in "Agency Services / in Arrival and Arrival Handling Ship at PT.Pelayaran Nasional Ayodhia Batam. This paper is incorporated into a qualitative approach using descriptive research. Qualitative research aims to explain the phenomenon in depth through data collection in depth. Research and explain descriptively about management done PT.Pelayaran Nasional Ayodhia. Based on the papers conducted on in-depth interviews, observation methods, methods of questioning and literature review can be seen indicator measurement: set the standards seen, set already executed according to procedural, measuring the work found still need improvement from the firmness of the implementer in carrying out the service tasks ship.
