Abstract
Employee performance is influenced by several factors such as Communications, Competition, and Leadership style. Of the three, have an important role in improving performance with satisfactory results. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence of Communication, Competence, and leadership style to the Performance of the Office Employee Office of Transportation Semarang both partially and simultaneously. In this study, the research population is the employee of the Office of Transportation of Semarang Regency with the sampling system with 95 respondents (samples). Variables in the study consist of: Independent Variables Communication (X.1), Competence (X.2), and Leadership style (X.3) and the dependent variable that is Employee Performance (Y). Data collection method used is by way of questionnaire method. Results of analysis with statistical tools SPSS v.22 program obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 0,485+ 0,328.X1 + 0,164.X2 + 0, 453.X3 + μ Results of multiple linear equations show that there is a positive and significant influence between the komumikasi on employee performance ( t count 6,147 >t table of 1.98609), competence to employee performance (t count 3,143> t table equal to 1,98609), leadership style to employee performance (t count 6,694> t table equal to 1,98609), individually and simultaneously communication, competence, leadership style together The influence of the three research variables is very strong with the value of coefficient (Adjusted R Square) obtained by 75.9% on employee performance and 24.1% influenced by undetectable variables in this study.
