Abstract

The paper is structutured to give the purpose of knowing the terms of the vessel Chartering. Generally, the developing Shipping Company charter the ship in the form of charter because the fleet has not been able to meet the need or lack of ships to transport goods and passengers, both to serve domestic and overseas transport. Renting a boat in the form of a charter is a good way to overcome the shortcomings. Ships can be rented on a voyage charter basis and if necessary for a given period of time, chartering can be made on a time charter basis. If you want to charter a ship, of course must follow the implementation procedure, which is killing all the usual requirements in the world of charter.
