Abstract

PT. Surabaya Shippng Lines Branch Gresik is a shipping company engaged in ship agency - dismantling ships and CPO (Crude Palm Oil). PT. Surabaya Shippng Lines Branch Gresik is responsible for providing services and cargo ships, ship service systems operational processes at the start of the groove ship berthing, loading and unloading process of the activities of the vessel and up to the ship leaves port. This method uses a type of data collection interviews, observation, documents and literature studies and using data sources are primary data and secondary data so that the results of the study refers to the theories and research in the field. Results of research at PT. Surabaya Shippng Lines Branch Gresik to analyze processes and cargo ship service begins at the time the ship arrived at the port and then carry out the proposed clearance in the harbor master and the IPC for the determination of the docked ship and services of the IPC.
