Abstract
The process of crew recruitment is the very first process for shipping companies to get the quality crew that the company needs. The need for quality human resources is an absolute necessity for the company To grow and prosper in the future. The recruitment and selection process connects the company's needs with the existing labor market. The company must first ensure the desired crew criteria and makes it a guideline for recruitment and selection. PT.Tirta Samudera Caraka is a shipping company engaged in services, especially in crewing / Manning, designated by the ship owner to recruit the crew. Conclusion The research of ship crew recruitment activities is based on the needs of shipping companies that require crew with extensive experience and knowledge.
