Abstract
The main discussion in writing this paper is about the procedure for carrying out domestic container loading and unloading activities at PT. Sarana Bandar Nasional Cabang Tanjung Priok. There are a number of background problems that the author must solve, namely the procedure for loading and unloading activities, what documents are related to the loading and unloading process, and the obstacles faced in loading and unloading activities. PT. National Sarana Bandar Nasional (Pelni Logistics) is a company that serves the loading and unloading business of aircraft carriers and other vessels, Freight Forwarding, Warehousing, Transportation and Temporary Stockpiling. The purpose of writing this paper is nothing but to find out how the procedures for loading and unloading activities, find out the documents used in the loading and unloading process, know the obstacles in loading and unloading activities. Based on data collection conducted during land practice (Prada), the author uses several methods, namely, observation, interviews, and study of documents and literature. The results of the discussion of this paper are the completion of loading and unloading documents by PT. Sarana Bandar Nasional (Pelni Logistics) Cabang Tanjung Priok will run smoothly without obstacles if each party can fulfill the agreed procedure requirements.
