Abstract

In the process of dismantling a load needs to involve several parties to regulate the process of dismantling in order to assess, direct direct if there is a problem during the process of discharge process. The purpose of research: 1) To know the process of dismantling the coal load carried out at the Special Port of Suralaya Power Plant Banten. 2) Documents to be completed in the process of unloading of coal 3) To know the obstacles that arise in the process of unloading of coal and the business of PT Adhiguna Putera overcome the obstacles that arise in the proses of dismantling the coal. This research includes the type of qualitative research that will examine how the process of unloading coal. The study was conducted on January 10, 2017. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation, focus discussions (Focus Group Discussions). Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, data analysis, decision making and verification. Result of research: 1) The process of unloading of coal which is implemented in Suralaya Banten steam power plant is still lacking, in its implementation sometimes there are problems that hinder the process of dismantling process. 2) Documents to be completed in the coal loading process often experience delays in delivery, it occurs due to lack of discipline of the parties involved in the making of the document. 3) Obstacles that arise in the process of dismantling the load of coal include loaders often experience congestion, often terjadinyahujan, erratic waves, TKBM and SU operator less disciplined, often late delivery of documents to headquarters and business enterprises to overcome the obstacles that arise with: more regular loader checking, activities stopped until rain subsided, jetty management must be ensured good flow direction for backing, PBM must be more assertive, PT Adhiguna Putera staff must be more accurate in working on unloading.
