Abstract
In this of globalization to conduct a foreign relation is very important to increase the economic growth of the international trade countryencourages each country to specialice in the production of goods in which the country has a comparative advantage.The research method used is direct observation of an object implemented in PT.EMKL Wahyu Mandiri Semarang from the results of research can be concluded handling the import of gloves by the EMKL often disrupt the system resulting in the delay in the release of imported goods from warehouse that the procesing of import document and complete as import procedure,procedures will not be able to issue goods other than that EMKL itself must be able to calculate the cost of cost associated in the import activities.
