Abstract

PT. Equator Marindo Banten is a company engaged in service provision the vessel. Rapid information technology is needed to make services faster accurate and based on existing procedures, appropriate and mudah. Research aims to determine the procedures involved in the role of the agency companies in the clearance in clearance out activities and also the management of the agency. This study uses observations, interviews, and documentation. Method of observation by the author is to observe directly in any field activities. Interview method by asking directly to operational agents or operational staff PT. Equator Marindo Banten. And the latter is the method of documentation is to find and collect from the archive of corporate documents, data from books, records, etc. The results of this study are the authors can complete the paper with the title Clearance of Tb Ship Eti In Clearance 308 / Bg Eti 3601 On Pt Equator Marindo Merak Branch, Banten which is expected to add insight to the reader about the performance of the agency role of the agency.
