Abstract

This paper is based on the progress and development of business world today, shipping companiesare requiredto expandtheir business. One way is to open a loading company of dry bulk coal at theport. In that at effort, PT. Trans Coal Pacific seeks to increase business and the field of loading and serving survice user as possible so that trust and consumer satisfaction as service user will also be maximixed this. Research was conducted at branch office of PT. Trans Coal Pacific Pelaihari, Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan. In this case PT. Trans Coal Pacific aims to serve the user of sea transport services and loading of dangerous good in order to meet the need and need of ships starting from all axisting obstacle concerned with the agency and so forth. In this research file and collected with aids in the form of questionnairest to the office presentation, which aims to determind the responses of respondents to each variable. The analysis used included Observation Method, Document Study, literature library, interview, electronic media, and method questionnaire.from these methods can help the wraiting of this paper smoothlyand well Keywords : Shipping Company engaged in shipping and loading of coal
