Abstract

This writing work uses qualitative methods to understand and search for the meaning behind the data, to get the truth. So that you get the results of the data in detail from the source directly with the instrument to the researcher. The analysis used includes the Observation and Documentation methods so that it can help make this paper work. The results of this paper are Agency Services in Serving the Arrival and Departure of MV vessels. Excellent by PT. Putra SegaraAbadi Cab. Pontianak.
