Abstract
PT. Tirang Jaya Samudera is a company engaged in the field of loading and unloading located in Semarang. In this case PT. Tirang Jaya Samudera as loading and unloading company has duties and responsibities reganding unloading equipment activities of ship to ship on MV. YONG SHENG with BG DKU 12 at the Port of Tanjung Emas seaporting in Semarang Activities undertaken by PT. Tirang Jaya Samudera to dismantle goods in accordance with the procedures already in the set that is starting from the oppointment on work orders by the owner of goods / EMKL / agent, then plan the demolition activities, carry out the demolition activities and report the results of dismantlingactivities. In onder for the demolition activities to run smoothly, quickly and safety should PT. Tirang Jaya Samudera further improve the required infrastruture and improve employee performance to be more disciplined and professional in working according to the system procedures established by PT.
