Abstract

Web-based applications are applications that have acces from web browser or internet network. It also software to support business at PT. Wiratrans Samuidera althougt to oprate this aplications is very easy, but it also have weakness like we have a good signal to acces this aplication because without a good signal we can not use this aplication.In order to collecting data writer use descriptive research. Descriptive research, does not fit neatly into the definition of either quantitative or qualitative research methodologies, but instead it can utilize elements of both, often within the same study. The term descriptive research refers to the type of research question, design, and data analysis that will be applied to a given topic. Besaide descriptive reaserchwriter use 5 (five) methods: observatin method, question method, interview method documentation method, and literature study method.From what the researchers haveconcluded,is a SIMLALA Dephub application that PT. Wiratrans Samudera, South Jakarta . Which is on process to have a licence of the document PKKA to bloster up the shipboard Service on the Operational field of the PT.
