Abstract
The main topic in writing this paper is about the process of dismantling coal by PBM PT. Pualam Emas Perkasa. There are several background issues to be solved by the authors namely tariff unloading activities, the parties who supervise the unloading activities, the related agencies, the tools used, and the documents required in the management of unloading activities. PT. Pualam Emas Perkasa is a loading and unloading company that serves the demolition and loading of dry bulk such as coal, quartz sand, palm oil waste and log wood. The purpose of writing this paper is none other than to know the loading and unloading rates, the parties who oversee the unloading activities, related agencies, as well as the tools and documents used in unloading activities. Based on data collection conducted during practice land (Prada), the author uses several methods of interviews, observation, document studies, and focus group discussions as well as the source and type of data. The results of the discussion of this paper is the process of dismantling coal by PBM PT. Pualam Emas Perkasa of Mighty to be able to unload coal from the ship there are stages to be done. The constraints that most often occur when unloading such as damage factor unloading tool. So in the process of dismantling the coal needs to note the checking tools and facilities unloaded carefully so that when the process of dismantling does not happen obstacles that hamper.
