Abstract
PT. Pelindo Marine Service Surabaya is one of the subsidiaries of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) which is engaged in tugboat service, shipyard, ship logistics and marine certification. PT. Pelindo Marine Service called PT. PMS as an ethnic company has an independent business in the fields of sea transportation, shipping and other maritime industries. Within five years, PT. Pelindo Marine Service Surabaya produced outstanding performance with the formation of three subsidiaries. Namely PT. PelindoEnergiLogistik (PT. PEL) which is engaged in energy and oil and gas logistics, PT. Alur Barat Surabaya (PT. APBS) engaged in marine toll services and PT. Blessing Multi Cargo (PT. BMC) engaged in multimodal transportation.Service Services Ship delays by providing tugboats (Tugboat) is one of the businesses initiated by PT. Pelindo Marine Service. Boat delays work that does not only require human data resources with special skills to do it, but also requires job performance responsibilities, cooperation, honesty, security, obedience and behavior.
