Abstract

Working ability is one of the problems that almost happened in this whole world that needs serious handling considering greatly affects the performance of employees, to factor in concerns about employee performance faktior not observed with well, it is feared will happen in disiplinan work and work so that the error can result in death. the purpose of this research was to analyze the influence among variables independent of the dependent variable. With a population of all employees who are in Tanjung Jati B PLTU Jepara and taken samples as much as 110 respondents. With the techniques of probability sampling type of simple random sampling, data collection using the questionnaire, data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis techniques include test validity, reliability test, test the assumptions of classical, and testing the hypothesis. From the results of the research there is a relationship between variables with variable, hypothesis testing using t-test showed that a third of the free variables, namely work ability (X 1), the discipline of work (X 2), the working environment (X 3) who researched proven positive and significant influential variable affecting performance factors, namely, the working ability with variables (X 1) has the highest influence on other variables affect the performance factor, hypothesis testing use the test f third free variables that simultaneously positive and significant effect against variable employee, performance factors on determination of coefficient test (R Square) value of Adjust R square in the amount of 0.600 means 60% variation of the variables bound employee performance factor can be explained by the variable free work ability, work discipline, and work environment. While the rest i.e. 40% explained by causes other than the variables examined. Keywords: Work Ability, Work Discipline, Work Environment, Employee Performance Factors
