Abstract

PT. Salam Pacific Indonesia Lines Branch Pontianak is a company engaged in shipping services and sea transportation, the purpose of this paper research to know the process of Clearance In and Clearance Out Through System Inaportnet, in research writing using qualitative research, because the data obtained in the form of information that will translated through the data source. From result of research process of process of Clearance In and Clearance Out Through System Inaportnet often happened obstacle that is, delay of ship entering or exiting from Port is result of delay of document prepared by ship agent (Owner of Ship), dissolution of inaportnet system, Ship accident at Port because of the mistake of the ship's captain resulting in the delay of the vessel at the Port and the lack of active shipwreck problem which eventually led to the inhibition of the ship going in and out of the Port.
