Abstract
The implementation of supervision of the safety and cecurity of ships to sailors who will sail, and those who want to dock, for the general public this seems very simple, because from outside there are still many sailors who can freely sail by forgetting safety equipment for the crew of the ships who will be conducting sailing activities and security of ships that are anchored in the port area. In collecting data the author uses deductive research is a study that is intended to gather information about the status of a symptom. Namely the state of symptoms according to what is at the implementation of the practice the authors use three methods. Observation methods, library methods, documentation methods. From the observations the authors concluded that the implementation of the safety and security of ships in the developing regency transportation office was prioritized to prevent undesirable things.
