Abstract

The main point in writing this paper is about the service of e-billing method on payment in KSOP class 1 Banjarmasin on the smooth departure of the ship PT. Indo Dharma Transport. There are several background problems that must be resolved by the author, namely what factors are the causes of the less optimal implementation of PNBP payments, techniques for optimizing the application of PNBP payments by e-billing method, and the effect of applying e-billing payment methods. The purpose of writing this paper is to find out what factors are the causes of the less optimal application of PNBP payments by e-billing method, to find out the techniques to optimize the implementation of PNBP payments by e-billing method, and to determine the effect of applying e-billing payment methods. Data collection methods used are qualitative, quantitative, primary and secondary data sources, written data collection techniques using test methods, interviews, observation, questionnaires or questionnaires, surveys, and document analysis. The discussion of this paper is about the application of e-billing methods in serving ship departures, factors that cause less optimal application of e-billing methods, namely the limited human resources in the service section of making billing codes, requires a long process when making billing codes. . So that the management of PNBP payments needs to be considered and investigated so that there are no errors that cause the delay in the PNBP payment process. The end result of this paper is that with the e-billing method, it can facilitate PNBP payment activities on the smooth departure of the ship. Keywords: Service, Payment, E-billing method
