Abstract

Information technology is needed so that service activities of ships and customers can be presented quickly, precisely and easily. By using the online system Inaportnet makes PT. Pontianak branch of Dharma LautanUtama a company that is competent with the advancement of the times supported by competent human resources. The government has established procedures for agency services so that ship and customer services can be carried out properly and errors can be minimized, both in making documents and service for vehicles and passengers. Related agencies are partners in agency servants, related party reports are also a necessity so that responsibilities are met, the costs incurred in management so that they do not cause significant problems. However, when the arrival and departure or clearance process in / out of the ship, not all activities carried out run smoothly. There are obstacles and obstacles that are experienced because it is still a process of adjusting to the system changes that were previously manual in the Inaportnet online system.
