Abstract
The main point in writing this paper is about handling wooden furniture export documents by PT. Arindo Jaya Mandiri Semarang. There are some background problems that must be resolved by the author, namely the process of implementing wooden furniture exports, documents needed in the export process, related agencies and the main obstacles that often occur in the export process. Marine Cargo Shipping Expeditions is a company that serves handling exports such as making export documents. The purpose of writing this paper is none other than to find out the process of implementing wooden furniture exports, documents needed in export activities, related agencies, and constraints in the export process.Based on data collection carried out during terrestrial practice, the author uses several methods, namely interviews, observation, study documents and data sources from this writing are primary and secondary while the type of data used in this paper uses qualitative data.The discussion of this paper is the process of implementing wooden furniture export documents to be able to export commodities from exporters to destination countries from the procedure for completing the documents carried out. Constraints that often occur when shipping goods such as the difficulty of finding trucking for the transport of goods, this happens because the shipping of goods soared and the trucking company has been booked with another EMKL. So the way to deal with it needs to be a contract with many trucking companies. So that when the shipment of exports soared, EMKL did not worry about the shortage of trucks and did not disappoint exporters.
