Abstract
Means of transport that we often encounter is the transport using ocean freight, air, and land, the type of means of sea transport is often used in the process of transporting because it can carry a large amount and there for the means of sea transport (ship) is to give a great benefit for the countrys trade. For the development of PT. Bahtera Setia Gresik to improve business by providing good and quality shipping to the satis faction of the company that gives credence to the PT. Bahtera Setia Gresik as an agent which is an agent all purpose when the ship is in port or Semarang, as a quality company will show the companys professional manner. In an attempt PT. Bahtera Setia Gresik strive for in creased efforts in the of shipping and air port users with the best possible services for the good services to support the quality of the company, this in creasing the confidence to appoint a general agent of the company. There fore quality company showed professionalisme and the ability of the company. Issues is the key to succes is the trust and satisfaction of the users of services to the company.
