Abstract
This paper was prepared based on terrestrial practice at PT. Indo Dharma Transport Banjarmasin branch. This writing aims to: find out the flow of the Inaportnet system agency services, how to make the company's operations understand the Inaportnet system. Inaportnet is an open and neutral internet site to facilitate the exchange of data and information on port services in a fast, safe, neutral and easy manner that is integrated with relevant government agencies, port business entities and logistics industry players to improve the competitiveness of the Indonesian logistics community. In addition, another goal is to find out how to pay for ship service agency fees that cannot be served in the Inaportnet system. Know how to deal with delays in shipping documents by the ship owner. The conclusions obtained are as follows: Procedure or flow of service of ships and goods with the Inaportnet system starting from before the ship arrives until the ship leaves for the next port is good but still needs some improvement in the system, conducting training and supervision and guidance to related parties don't know about the Inaportnet system.
