Abstract
In this paper, it aims to know everything related to the loading procedure from ship to ship until the ship depart, the relevant agencies in the loading procedure, in this paper also aims to know the loading of passengers and vehicles by the freight transportation service company and all document related in loading and unloading process. This paper includes the type of papers with observation techniques that are done by the author based on the results of land practices in PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) branch Ketapang company in which there is a discussion about the procedure of loading passengers and vehicles by PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) branch Ketapang. Based on the result of this paper shows that the role of crossing transportation service companies is very important to handle the loading of passengers and vehicles.
