Abstract
M. Akbar Aswin 2018. “The implementation of arrival departure service ship clearance in clearance out in PT. Tri Elangjaya Maritim The program of the stimart amn semarang. This final project with mentored by Mrs. Mariana Kritianti S.Kom,MM as the first mentor and Mrs. Ariana Oktavia, S.Pd, M.Pd as the second mentor. This research is poured in this final task aims to know the implementation of clearance in and clearance out in PT Tri Elangjaya Maritim. Data collection techniques used by observation and documentation. The author of this finel project is the result of research conducted on October – February 2019. After perfoming the analysis and discussin of the problem, the authors concluded thet service agent,the issuance of approval letter sailing easier.the results show that the variable of communication and service quality have a sihnificant relationship either partially or simultaneously with cumtomer satisfaction Keywords: Procedure service ship agency,communicaton
