Abstract
Viewed from the geographical point of view of the State of Indonesia, the State of Indonesia takes the form of an archipelagic State. Therefore sea transportation facilities are very important to connect islands scattered throughout Indonesia. One of the means of sea transportation is the ship. The management of naval transportation services in the present in kelolah by shipping companies. One shipping company, PT. Putra Maritim Perkasa, namely the arrival and arrival of the ship that will dock or stop at the Indonesian port. The purpose of this paper is to find out how to handle ship cleareance by the company PT. Mighty Maritime Son in Batam port, Indonesia. The theoretical foundation used by the authors in this observation is books, the internet, and other sources. The type of observation used by the author is the Observation Method and Observation Method. The results obtained from this paper that the handling of the cleareance ship by the company PT.
