Abstract
Indonesia is a country known as a maritime country with a large part of its territory consisting of waters and consisting of islands. Therefore sea transportation facilities are very important to connect islands scattered throughout Indonesia. One means of sea transportation is sea transportation in the form of ships. Ships that are a means of connecting to the sea that are known to the public at large. The ship from one port to another port, so the shipping company must take care of the ship which is operated when at the port that is stopped by. The activity takes care of all the ship's needs starting from the arrival of the ship, while at the port until the time of departure. PT. Pilindo Megah Selatan is a service company engaged in the crew manning agency. PT. Pilindo Megah Selatan is the agent of the ship's crew for the Container Pacific International Line. PT.
