Abstract
Writing is behind motivated the progress and development of the world of shipping business today, shipping companies are required to expand their business. One way is to open a company in ports. In this effort, the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office seeks to improve the circulation of goods that do not have permits and serve service users as well as possible so that service users' trust and satisfaction will be maximized. The purpose of writing this paper is nothing but to find out how the role of the system in the activities of supervision and service of exported goods. The research methods used are observation, interviews, and document analysis. From the results of the study, it can be seen that the effectiveness of customs supervision will run smoothly if from office staff in supervising goods more carefully so that there are no errors in the supervision of goods and not only for goods entering or exiting customs areas, but also for traffic certain goods in the Indonesian customs area.
