Abstract
PT. Krakatau Steel is a state-owned industrial company (BUMN), engaged in the steel industry, which has a goal for steel companies that can meet the needs of the leading domestic and international industrial materials in Southeast Asia. To achieve this goal, the method applied by PT Krakatau Steel is one that develops steel business and related industries that are customer satisfaction oriented. By creating an international standard company with competitive advantage and synergy to increase sustainable added value. As well as building competencies through the development of human resources.
