Abstract
The system and procedures for handling ship arrivals and departures at PT. Bumi Bumi Laut Gresik Shipping Services The purpose of the author's observation was to find out the system and procedures for handling the arrival and departure of bulk vessels by PT. Bumi Laut Shipping Services Gresik Branch. The theoretical foundation used by the author in this observation is in the form of books, internet, laws, ministerial regulations, and other sources. The results obtained from the observations that the authors did were handling bulk arrivals and departures carried out by PT Bumi Laut Shipping Services Gresik Branch at the special port of PT. Wilmar Nabati Indonesia. Broadly speaking, the system and procedures for handling passenger arrivals and departures begin before the ship arrives, when the ship arrives (Clearance in) starting from the preparation until the implementation, before the ship departs (Clearance out) starting from preparation to implementation, when the ship departs, making reports after the ship departs, and documents needed when handling the arrival and departure of ships and related institutions during activities at the port.
