Abstract
Writing the study of scientific papers aims to find out about the role of loading master PT. Arpeni Pratama Ocean Line Tbk. Jepara in handling the coal dismantling process. In writing this paper the author uses a method of collecting data on literature studies, observations and observations, interviews / interviews. From the results of the discussion, obtained several problems, namely 1.) inhibiting the role of Loading Master PT. Arpeni Pratama Ocean Line Tbk. Jepara in the process of dismantling coal at the Special Port of Tanjung Jati B PLT caused by cracked and broken fenders, HT radio malfunctioning, slow process of ship hatch cleaning, unfavorable weather. Handling Master Loading solutions PT. Arpeni Pratama Ocean Line Tbk. Jepara in handling this problem is immediately handling the obstacles to his role so that the coal demolition activities run smoothly. 2.) inhibitor in making loading documents made by Loading Master PT. Arpeni Pratama Ocean Line Tbk. Jepara caused by communication errors between Loading Master and the ship crew. Of the several problems obtained, the Master Loading solution of PT. Arpeni Pratama Ocean Line Tbk. Jepara in handling this problem is waiting for e-mail from the ship crew before the document is printed. The results of the discussion above, it can be concluded that the importance of the role of Loading Master PT. Arpeni Pratama Ocean Line Tbk.
