Abstract

Web-based applications are applications that have acces from web browser or internet network. It also software to support business at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero). althougt to oprate this aplications is very easy, but it also have weakness like we have a good signal to acces this aplication because without a good signal we can not use this aplication.Based on data collection conducted during land practice Practice the author user several methods such as observation methods,interviews, and document analysis as well as sourches and data type. From the results writer haveconcluded that, the application useat PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Branch Tanjung Emas Semarang in supporting ship service is divided into three IBS, INCO, VASA. IBS is a portal for service users, INCO and VASA are portals for Pelindo officers after receiving ship service requests from services via the IBS portal.
