Abstract

In the process of demolition, it is necessary to involve several parties to regulate the process of demolition so that it can assess direct direction if a problem occurs during the demolition process. Research Objectives: 1). To find out the coal loading and unloading service process at KM. Adhiguna Tarahan 2). Documents used in the coal loading and unloading service process at KM. Adhiguna Tarahan. 3). To find out the obstacles that arise and how to overcome them in the process of coal dismantling that occurs. This research includes the type of qualitative research that will examine the process of coal loading and unloading. The study was conducted in October 2018. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation, focus discussions (Focus of Discusion Group). Data analysis techniques used are data induction, data presentation, data analysis, decision making and verification. Research results: 1) Coal loading and unloading service process in KM. Adhiguna Tarahan 2). Documents used in the coal loading and unloading service process at KM. Adhiguna Tarahan often experiences delays in delivery, this is due to the lack of expertise of the parties involved in making the document. 3). Constraints that arise in the process of coal bongkarmuat including loaders often experience congestion, frequent rains, erratic wave currents, TKBM and SU operators lack discipline, often late delivery of documents to the head office and company efforts to overcome the obstacles that arise by holding checks the loader is more routine, the activities are stopped until the rain stops, the jetty management must be ensured that the current direction is good to anchor, the PBM must be more assertive, the staff of PT. Adhiguna Putera must be more accurate in working on loading documents. Keywords: Documents, Demolition, Coal.
