Abstract
The main discussion in writing this paper is about the process of completing import documents at PT. Dhana Persada Manunggal. There are a number of background problems that the author must solve, namely the process of import activities, documents and related agencies in imports, and collection of import duties in import activities. PT. Dhana Persada Manunggal which has the intensity of export and import services in the fields of logistics, warehouses, freight forwarding, and transportation services by sea, land and air. The purpose of writing this paper is nothing but to find out how the process of import activities, documents and agencies related to imports, and how to collect import duties in import activities. Based on data collection carried out during practice, the author uses several methods, namely survey, observation and interview and the source and type of data. The results of the discussion of this paper are the process of completing imported office stationery documents that are assisted by PT. Dhana Persada Manunggal will run smoothly without obstacles if each party (exporter and importer) can fulfill the agreed procedure requirements.
