Abstract
The main discussion in this paper is to find out about company services as proof of agency services, procedures for foreign ship agents before the ship arrives, after the ship is in port and after leaving the port, as well as documents needed during the process of clerance and clerance out of foreign vessels and related agencies in the implementation of ship agency including Syahbandar, PT. Pelindo, Customs and Excise, Immigration, health quarantine, Animal and Plant Quarantine and also the procedure for PNBP payment using the SIMPONI system such as making billing codes for the needs of KSOP office clearance. Data collection methods in this paper are interview methods, observation methods and documentation methods. As a result the Agent takes care of all the ship's demand, takes care of the clearance in and out in carrying out the agency process concerning the relevant agencies, the agent must be careful and careful in entering the data so that there is no error in paying PNBP.
